Account Creation & User Security
Registration Requirements
To register an account with pepper0, you must be at least 18 years of age and a valid resident or citizen of Malaysia. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name, phone number, and any identity verification details requested.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without further notice.
Password Security & Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you have authorised another party to use it.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or that your password has been obtained by another party, you are required to notify the pepper0 support team immediately via email at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the pepper0 platform agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from pepper0.
- Impersonating another person, using someone else's personal information, or providing false details during registration or account verification.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, system bugs, or game inconsistencies to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or activities that could compromise the security of the platform or other users.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party without prior written consent from pepper0.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and where necessary, legal proceedings under applicable Malaysian law.
Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals in MYR
Deposit Methods & Payment
All financial transactions on the pepper0 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX (covering all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. Deposits are processed instantly or within the timeframe specified by the respective payment provider.
The minimum deposit amount is subject to the platform's current limits and may change without prior notice. All successful deposits are non-refundable once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment system.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the pepper0 account holder. pepper0 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits or in cases where there are grounds for concern.
Withdrawal processing times range from one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the receiving bank and account verification status. pepper0 is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or third-party payment service providers.
Account Policies, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Pepper0 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from relevant authorities, or at the platform's absolute discretion following an internal investigation. In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or serious violations, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Pepper0 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, pepper0 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or equipment damage. Users access the platform entirely at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pepper0 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, source code, user interfaces, and brand names — is the exclusive property of pepper0 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from pepper0.
Third-Party Links & Services
The pepper0 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. pepper0 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked third-party websites or services. Use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Governing Law & Contact Us
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the pepper0 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
